Delivery Policy

1. Service Area

We deliver to all residential addresses within a 10 km radius of our shop in Miller Central Shopping Centre, postcode 2168 (NSW).
This includes—but is not limited to—the following suburbs:

  • Miller, Ashcroft, Busby, Cartwright, Green Valley, Heckenberg, Hinchinbrook, Sadleir

  • Additional surrounding suburbs within 10 km may also be covered. If you’re unsure, please contact us to confirm whether we can deliver to your area.

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made daily between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm.

  • Same-day delivery may be available — simply call us directly to organise.

3. Delivery Fees & Minimums

  • A flat $10 delivery fee applies for all orders within our service area.

  • Free delivery is available for all orders over $100.

  • A minimum order of $30 applies for delivery.

4. Order Cut-Off Times

  • Orders must be placed by 4:00 pm the day before to guarantee next-day delivery.

  • For same-day deliveries, please call us to check availability and arrange directly.

5. Freshness & Refrigerated Transport

  • All meats are freshly prepared and packed immediately before dispatch.

  • We deliver using a refrigerated van to maintain freshness and strict food safety standards.

  • Once delivered, please ensure your order is placed into a refrigerator or freezer immediately.

6. Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to receive the order and it is unsafe to leave it, our driver will return the order to the shop.

  • A re-delivery fee may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

7. Issues with Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and order details. We will review and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Pickup Option

Prefer to collect your order? You can select in-store pickup at checkout. Orders will be prepared and ready for pickup during shop opening hours.
