At Malik Al Lahme – The King of Halal Meats, we pride ourselves on providing the freshest halal meats, carefully prepared according to tradition and strict halal standards. Because we sell perishable food products, please note the following policy:
❌ No Change of Mind Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fresh meat if you change your mind or order the wrong item.
✅ Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will happily review your claim and, where appropriate, provide:

A refund to your original payment method.
📸 Proof Required
For quality issues, we may request a photo of the product and details of the problem so our team can investigate.
⏰ Timeframe
Claims must be made within 24 hours of purchase or delivery to ensure we can verify and resolve the issue.
🚚 In-Store Purchases
If you purchased in person at our Miller Central shop, please bring the product and receipt back to the store within 24 hours so we can assist you.
💳 Refund Method
Refunds (where approved) will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
