2. Products & Availability

  • All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

  • We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other issues.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on our website.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Delivery & Collection

  • We deliver within a 10 km radius of Miller, NSW 2168.

  • Deliveries are made daily between 9:00am – 12:00pm.

  • Delivery fee: $10 flat rate. Free delivery applies to orders over $100.

  • Orders must be placed by 4:00pm the day before for next-day delivery.

  • Same-day delivery may be available by phone request.

  • All orders are transported in a refrigerated van to ensure freshness and food safety.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo evidence may be required).

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

6. In-Store Purchases

  • Purchases made at our Miller Central Shopping Centre location are subject to the store’s policies.

  • Please retain receipts for any exchanges or issues.

7. Website Use

  • You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to engage in unlawful acts.

  • Content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Malik Al Lahme and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability
